Property need a lot renovations

It is in the center of Nama bay market, which is perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean as if it is new. The beach water was lovely.

The staff especially the reception were not really very friendly. They were polite, but very stiff. The food had no varieties at all, but was of good quality.

We had a Seaview deluxe room - very spacious and a lovely balcony. Hotel is in a great location in the middle of Naama bay. Decor is a little tired but overall great value. Nice big pool and good breakfast ( we were b n b only). Rooms well cleaned and staff all helpful.

Had booked the standard twin room. It was pretty comfortable and clean. The ambiance was cozy. The balcony outside my room had a very beautiful view of Hotel’s pool. The lighting in the room and around pool was excellent! The location is right in the downtown.

At the time of check-in, I had to show him my booking details to get the room I had paid for. Otherwise the receptionist was giving me the basic room without Balcony. I had to argue a bit with details in the confirmation Email. Recommendations for up-gradation are fine but one should not trap by showing the wrong room at first. He was asking for more bucks for balcony before I showed him the confirmation email that had balcony included in the package.

Location close to the beach

I was given the worse room in the resort, the staff at the reception was pretty timid, poor customer service. Terrible room location at the resort, room so tight, and bathroom is terrible, got water leak. Poor maintenance. At the restaurant, the staff not up to the speed to set the tables up, missing silverware, yet they were pretty fast, in clearing the table before I am done with my meal, even though when I bring a new plate, before even touching it, soon I bring something else to the table, it is gone, they are missing the protocol of serving. I would have rather paid extra bucks to stay in a better resort. Will never go to that place again.

The attitude of the front desk staff was disappointing and to some stage condescendent. They don't make you fell confortable and look rather annoyed when you ask them for help or have questions. We had a problem with our AC and had to request several times to get it fixed.

Property is fit what you pay, so don’t expect luxury, Reservation employee Mostafa is very polite and helpful person

Animation team is soo bad, not positive and the men are seeking to talk to girls only!!

1-The level of cleanliness was not so good 2-torn up old room towels 3-beach towels are not enough for the number of guests 4-it was not easy to agree upon late check out for our rooms and there was no cooperation from the the receptionist regarding reaching a decision concerning that simple matter,we ended up paying for only one room the fees of late check out although we needed all our rooms that were not even rented for the extra hours we wanted 5-the staff generally are not exactly up to the hospitality level expected in tourism bussiness

Only the location of the Hotel and the rest of stay was just waste of time and money

Actually i missed to have some photos to show how poor this hotel is, the room was really old and the furniture and room itself was old and everything is years and years old untouched this is in relation to the room, regarding the food its really another big trap there, everyday they are serving the same food and the all inclusive snacks is really just crab and they are putting snacks on the beach which should be only putted in the garbage, then coming to the stuff i can assure to you that they don’t know anything about customer service or customer satisfaction and they are doing everything hardly and nothing done with smile unless you are paying tips, i am fine to pay some tips all the time but paying it because i am happy with the exceptional service, but paying it there is a must to have someone smiling to you or preparing drink, even the housekeeping is the worst one ever and the day i am not paying tips for the guy he is just entering the room to change the towels only and arrange the bed without even changing the sheets, there is only one pool there in this facility. This place need to be completely renewed and i missed to have some photos for the room but when arrive there expect to see room 10 years older than the one in the photos. For me it’s one time visit and that’s it and for sure i will never be there until someone go and tell me that place has been changed. And for foreigners who expect to have WiFi connection there, don’t expect that as internet only available in the reception. The only good thing is the location where you will find yourself in the heart of Namaa bay and in the middle of the walk area that’s the only thing positive to be mentioned comparing this with any hotel i have ever been too in the world.

Need more varieties in food & beverage, every day 90% the same menu.

when i came there is good employee at the reception his name is Ali he always help and good attitude and in the restaurant also Hany is very good in the general its good hotel and beach staff very good in generw\al very nice hotel and i advised any one want a relax to came her

The location was great, literally you are in the middle of Neema bay.

I won’t recommend you to book only breakfast / half board, specially that I booked half board and I was not able to access to Coca-Cola for example.

I ask for another bed in the room cause had 2 kids,i understand that the max of the bed was 3 for room,but i spent my holiday with a horse in my bed,the room was big enought to put another bed but this seems like i asked the moon. The floor around the swimming pool is not regular,u can slide or cut your feet,they should fix it NOW.
